Privacy notice
Effective September 8, 2026. This notice applies to the Swift Creek Cleanouts website, quote-request inbox, and payment requests.
What you send us
The quote form collects your name, phone number, optional email, service ZIP code or town, contact preference, preferred timing, job details, optional photos, and consent. We use these details to assess your request, contact you, arrange service, and keep a record of the request. Do not submit payment-card details, identification documents, access codes, or other sensitive information through the quote form.
Where it goes
Requests and photos are stored in a private database hosted by Cloudflare. The business inbox requires its access key. We do not sell quote information or add it to marketing lists. Hosting and security providers process information needed to run and protect the service.
Payments and private links
When card payments are activated, Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment details. Card numbers and security codes are not collected or stored by this website. We share the amount, currency, service description, and payment reference with Stripe and store payment status, Stripe references, and scope-acceptance time. Stripe processes checkout contact and payment information under its own privacy terms.
A private payment link lets anyone who possesses it view the quoted scope, amounts, and payment status for that request. Keep it private. These pages are not intended to expose your quote-form address, contact details, or photos. The business can copy a link or open an email/text draft in its own messaging application; message delivery is handled by that application.
Photos, security, and retention
With JavaScript enabled, photos are resized and re-encoded in your browser before upload. Photos expire from the inbox after 7 days; quote records expire after 180 days. Daily cleanup removes expired active records. Payment confirmations and voided payment requests are removed from this website 180 days after their last update. Unresolved payment requests may remain for reconciliation; expired links cannot start a new payment. Payment records in Stripe and records kept separately for completed jobs, invoices, accounting, disputes, or legal obligations follow their own retention requirements. Deleting a quote request does not automatically delete payment records. Hosting backups may retain earlier copies for their normal backup period.
Rate limiting uses a one-way, secret-salted representation of the connection IP address. Raw IP addresses are not saved in quote records. The hosting provider may keep its own security logs. This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party marketing analytics.
Requests about your information
To request access, correction, or deletion, use the quote form with “Privacy request” in the job details, or contact us through your booking correspondence. We may need to verify the request belongs to you. Contact permission concerns your request only.
